RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Online Returns We have a 30-day return policy for online purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@islandbungalowhawaii.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 131 Hekili Street 11, Kailua, Hawaii 96734

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Online Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at sales@islandbungalowhawaii.com.

In-Store Returns In-store returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase with receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. Returns are processed at the register.

In-Store Refunds In-store purchases are eligible for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase in-store or online.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In-store exchanges are welcome within 15 days of purchase, subject to availability.

Final Sale Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged online or in-store:

  • Fragrances & candles
  • Sale & clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Workshops
  • Personal care & beauty products

The following additional items purchased in-store are also final sale:

  • Furniture & large home décor pieces
