We want to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS Priority Mail. The following rates apply:

Processing Time Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard items typically arrive within 5-8 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
For oversized or bulky items such as comforters and large home décor pieces, please allow additional processing time. Delivery for these items may take 7-21 business days depending on destination and shipping method.
International Shipping We currently ship internationally to the following countries:
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Japan
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on actual USPS rates for your specific order weight, dimensions, and destination. International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note:
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
- Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or directly through your customer account at islandbungalowhawaii.com.
Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Island Bungalow Hawaii is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sales@islandbungalowhawaii.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@islandbungalowhawaii.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For lost packages, please contact us and we will open a claim with USPS on your behalf.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available at our Kailua store located at 131 Hekili Street 11, Kailua, Hawaii 96734. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
